are a family owned and run Property Management Company for a number
of properties in the Disney area. We know how important it is
to our owners to be able to contact us. With the technology today
we take emails from 6am to 10pm at night. Our telephone lines
are manned from 9am to 6pm. After which time a message may be
left and we will contact you the following day. We promote all
properties throughout our Internet sites we have. We help you
to promote your villa to achieve the highest possible rate available
to you.

We specialize in short term vacation home management. By working
together we will keep your home in excellent condition for you
and your guests. Our success is based on your satisfaction.
We offer support to your guests 24 hours a day. We pride ourselves
in our response times we have to our guests. Orlando Team Management
staff including a Licensed Pool Man, lawn care, maintenance and
housekeeping staff and this coupled with our personal hands on
approach has the ability to keep guests coming back to your home.

Our
Services
Administration
Our
owners receive statements - On a monthly basis. You will receive
your states by the middle of the month for the previous month.
Taxes - When you rent your home you are liable to tax on the income.
Each county varies but on average Tourist Tax is about 5% and
State of Florida Sales Tax is 6.5% These tax rates are subject
to change, and are paid on all rental income and paid monthly.
Taxes are paid on your behalf from the rental income you have
achieved.
Utilities - Electric, water, telephone, cable and security systems
are all paid by Orlando Team Management on your behalf. We will
arrange for these services to be connected on your behalf.
Banking - Orlando Team Management will deposit money into your
personal account.
